No guarantee of results
Tutoring is an educational service, not a promised outcome. We do not guarantee any specific grade, score, test result, admission, or academic standing. Progress depends substantially on the student's own effort, attendance, and independent study.
Academic integrity
Sessions may cover homework and past assessments as teaching material. We do not complete graded assignments, quizzes, exams, or take-home tests on a student's behalf, and we do not assist with conduct that violates an institution's academic integrity policy. Requests of that kind will be declined and may end the engagement.
Scheduling, payment, and cancellations
Sessions are booked in advance and payment terms are agreed before the first session. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Student and parent responsibilities
For sessions to be effective, please join on time with the relevant course material available and a working connection. Where the student is a minor, a parent or guardian is responsible for booking, payment, and consent.
Session materials and intellectual property
Notes, worked examples, and practice materials prepared for a session are provided for the student's personal educational use. Site content, artwork, and branding remain the property of Good Chem Grades and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
Recording and conduct
Sessions may not be recorded by either party without the other's prior consent. Sessions require respectful conduct; harassment or abusive behaviour ends the session and may end the engagement without refund.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the use of this site or these services is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. Services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the site or book sessions after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
