Rescheduling and cancellation notice

Because each session is reserved specifically for one student, timing matters.

• 24 hours or more before the session: reschedule or cancel at no charge
• Less than 24 hours before the session: the session may be charged in full
• No-show without notice: the session is charged in full

Late arrival

Sessions end at their scheduled time. If a student joins late, the remaining time is used as fully as possible, but the session is not extended and is charged as booked.

Cancellation by the tutor

If a session must be cancelled on our side, you will be offered a replacement time at no additional cost, or a full refund for that session if no suitable time can be found.

Emergencies and illness

Genuine emergencies and sudden illness are handled with discretion — let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to move the session rather than charge for it.

Recurring and package bookings

Recurring weekly slots follow the same notice rules for each individual session. Package sessions are used within the agreed period; unused sessions may expire at the end of that period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ending a recurring arrangement

You may stop a recurring arrangement at any time by giving notice before the next scheduled session. Sessions already delivered remain payable.

How to cancel or reschedule

Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation, or send a message through the Contact page. Written notice is preferred so the change is recorded.
